"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Eph 6:12 SPIRITUAL WARFARE Believers, The Battle is Real Believers in Christ need to recognize the spiritual battle we are in and our need to be warriors. The battle is real and is being waged in the unseen world all around us. Here’s an example of this warfare found in Daniel 10 where Gabriel, an angel of God, who appeared to Daniel had been in a heavenly battle with the king of Persia who resisted him for 21 days until the archangel Michael assisted in the…

“I and the Father (God) are one,” Jn 10:30.. His statement was a proclamation of deity and that poses the question as to whether Jesus was a fraud, completely delusional, or could He really be God in the flesh? That is the age-old question people have asked, and it is still relevant today.

Here is what 2nd Corinthians 10:3-5 tells us to do: "For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds (areas of the mind given control to the enemy). We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." Now, that is powerful! Whether we like it or not,…

Freed from Guilt

Perhaps the biggest reason so many of God’s children are living defeated humdrum lives is because of the effects of guilt. Guilt is one of the most effective weapons in Satan’s arsenal that is being used against believers. (See Stopping Guilt Dead In Its Tracks) Guilt is destructive in that it derails our capacity to think clearly about life issues and from hearing that “gentle whisper” of the Holy Spirit. It distracts us from God’s direction for our lives and robs us of the true joy that He has set before us. You see, Jesus not only came to free us from the death sentence of sin, but also to set us free from guilt caused by sin and its…
